This is a smaller family run pharmacy, that has very friendly, kind and caring staff.I much prefer spending my money at an independently owned and operated pharmacy, like this one. I don’t want to have my hard earned money go to some already super filthy rich conglomerate corporate run store.

I have been a customer at Nightingale Medical Supplies Kamloops since my first mastectomy surgery in 2015. The ladies there are always so helpful whether it be fitting breast forms or finding the most appropriate bras and swimwear. If they don't have an item, they are quick to order it in. The friendliness and customer service at Nightingale Kamloops is extraordinary and I recommend this store highly to other breast cancer survivors.

Where to begin? I was released from Lions Gate Hospital two weeks ago after a 4-day stay there after Hip Replacement Surgery. During my entire stay, I wore a pair of Pillow Paws socks and loved them. But where to find them? So I searched the internet and then contacted Nightingale. My gosh! What incredible customer service! I had the two pairs I ordered in 2 days, mailed to me from Nightingale via Canada Post. The staff discussed the best way to send the package with no hassle for me. Canada Post is the absolute best method during this pandemic because they knock on your door to alert you that they have just left a package at one's condo door! Thank you, Nightingale!

Best inventory, best prices and best staff. I have been buying an assortment of medical supplies for over a year now, and I have been completely satisfied with their helpfulness and professionalism.
